The problem

The questions you ask at 9am are still unanswered at 6pm

The answers already exist — in the bank statement, the cheque folder, the sales file, your accountant's software. The problem is not missing data. It is that the data never sits side by side.

  • How much cash do I have today — in lira, dollars and euros separately?
  • How much will I collect and pay this month?
  • How many days until I hit a cash crunch?
  • Which customer is always late?
  • Which order made money, and which one lost it?
  • Which export's FX has been converted, and how much is left?

The answer

Three horizons, one screen

Pusulafin organises your data along past, present and future. Accounting records what happened; a cockpit shows what is coming.

Today

What do I actually have?

Cash and bank balances per currency, receivables already due, what has to go out today, and the cheques in your portfolio. The real position at a glance.

This month

What comes in, what goes out?

Expected collections and planned payments, with overdue items split into aging buckets. Partial collections and deferrals are all on the record.

90 days

Where will I run short?

A projection built from every known inflow and outflow tells you the date your balance turns negative — and by how much.

The difference

A finance cockpit, not accounting software

The two are not competitors. Your accountant records what happened; Pusulafin shows what is about to happen. Same money, different question.

Accounting software tells youPusulafin tells you
What happened last quarter? How much cash do I have today, per currency?
Is the ledger balanced? What will I collect and pay this month?
What is the tax position? When does the cash crunch start, and how big is the gap?
Has the invoice been issued?Did this order make money once every cost is counted?
(does not warn you)That cheque is due in 5 days — I already sent the reminder.

For exporters

Currency tracking should not end in a spreadsheet

An exporting company's cash truth cannot be told in a single currency. Pusulafin keeps every amount in its own currency, computes position per currency, and keeps your conversion obligation on the record.

Position per currency

How much you are owed, how much you owe and how much cash you hold in each currency — uncollapsed, in its own unit.

Rate-shock scenario

What happens to your position if the rate moves by a given amount? See the scenario on one screen.

FX-conversion tracking

Obligation, converted and remaining stay balanced per declaration, none of them can go negative, and the same conversion cannot be recorded twice.

Imports and consumption

Import files, inward-processing consumption lists and customs declaration numbers, tracked against the order.

Profitability

Stop guessing which order made money

Growing revenue is not the same as growing profit. Every expense tied to an order code lands on that order's result — freight, customs, commission and waste included. Because the code is set per line, a single invoice can be split across several orders.

  • Gross and net profit per order code
  • A line-by-line breakdown of the linked expenses
  • Lost-and-gained reporting after cancellations
  • An allocation basis you can set for your company

Trust

Financial data deserves to be taken seriously

In a multi-tenant SaaS the question that matters is whether another company's data can ever be seen. We do not answer that with a single control.

Isolation enforced in the database

Every table carries a company id and PostgreSQL row-level security is forced. The application connects with a role that has no power to bypass those rules.

Role-based authorization

Six roles — Admin, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Production, Manager. Every endpoint denies by default, and the role always comes from the server-side session.
