Product
Is Pusulafin accounting software?
No. Accounting software records what happened; Pusulafin shows what is coming. It does not compute taxes or regulatory amounts. It does not replace your accountant — it works alongside them.
Do I have to drop my current accounting software?
No. The two answer different questions and are used side by side.
How do I get my data in?
You can enter records in the app. Bank movements and collections can also be imported from Excel, and imports do not create duplicates: uploading the same file twice does not add the rows again.
Can I use it on a phone?
Yes. The product was designed for the small screen first and can be installed onto your phone from the browser like an app.
Which languages does it support?
Turkish and English. The interface, notifications and emails follow each user's language, and money and dates are formatted for their locale.
I have several companies — can I manage them all?
Yes. One account can run several companies and give you a consolidated view across them.
Money and currency
Which currencies does it handle?
Every amount is stored with its own ISO currency code; the product is not tied to a single currency. Position, projection and profitability are all computed per currency.
Where do the exchange rates come from?
Rates are pulled on a schedule into a single dated snapshot. Because every screen reads the same source, two screens cannot show different rates.
What exactly does FX-conversion tracking do?
It tracks your obligation, the converted amount and the remainder per customs declaration. The three always reconcile and none can go negative. The same conversion cannot be recorded twice.
Team and permissions
Does everyone on my team see everything?
No. There are six roles — Admin, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Production, Manager — and each user sees only the modules their role permits. Permissions are checked on the server on every request.
Could I see another company's data?
No. Company isolation is forced at the database level, and the application connects with a role that has no power to bypass it.
Is there an expense approval flow?
Yes. Expenses can be routed for approval by amount threshold, and the approval history is recorded.
Subscription
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts without card details and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
Which features are open during the trial?
Every Pro feature, so you can try multi-currency, FX position and profitability before paying.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payment is taken on the payment provider's own page; we hold only an opaque reference.
