Terms of service
By using Pusulafin you accept these terms. We have tried to keep them readable.

What the service is
Pusulafin is software delivered over the internet that lets your company track its cash flow.
Pusulafin is not an accounting or tax-computation program, and gives no legal, financial or investment advice. The product tracks dates and amounts; compliance is entirely your responsibility.
Account and security
You are responsible for the security of your account and your users. We recommend not sharing credentials and enabling two-factor authentication where possible.
You decide the permissions of the users you invite into your company.
Trial
A 14-day free trial begins the moment you verify your email address, and Pro plan features are unlocked for its duration.
We do not ask for card details for the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends. If you do not choose a plan, your account moves to a restricted mode.
Subscription and payment
Paid plans are charged in advance for the chosen period and renew until you cancel.
Payment is taken on the payment provider's own page. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the subscription screen in the app.
If a payment cannot be taken, your account continues in a restricted mode for a period and we will let you know.
Your data is yours
You own the business data you enter. We do not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
When your subscription ends you can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for an unlawful purpose, in a way that infringes others' rights, or in a way that disrupts how the system runs.
We reserve the right to suspend an account on material breach of these terms.
Service continuity
We make reasonable efforts to run the service without interruption and give notice before planned maintenance.
We improve the product continuously. We announce material changes to features.
Limitation of liability
Pusulafin displays information computed from the data you entered. Commercial decisions you take on the basis of that information are yours.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We announce material changes in advance; the effective date at the top shows the version in force.
