Collections
Know exactly where your receivable is stuck
Collection rarely happens in one go: the customer pays part of it, pushes the date, settles some of it with a cheque. Pusulafin records that reality as it is — so the answer to 'how much am I owed' stays correct.
What you can do
Partial collections
One invoice can be closed by several collections; the remaining balance is always visible.
Receivables aging
Overdue receivables split into aging buckets, oldest first.
Recorded deferrals
When a customer gives a new date, the deferral goes on the record with who did it and when.
Receivables settled by cheque
The cheque enters the portfolio, its due date lands in the projection, and it becomes cash when collected.
Customer risk score
Computed nightly from payment history, so you do not have to remember who pays late.
Due-date reminders
Notifications at 30, 15, 7, 5 and 1 day before, once per item.
How it works
Record the sale
Domestic or export, with its due date and currency.
Apply collections as they arrive
Full, partial or by cheque — each movement updates what is left.
Work the list
The payments and collections screen surfaces what needs attention today.
The account card is always at hand
Open a customer or supplier and you see every movement between you: sales, collections, expenses, payments and attached documents. No separate statement to pull, no call to the accountant.
