About pricing
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because we never took a card. Your account moves to a restricted mode until you choose a plan, and your data is not deleted.
Can I change plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the subscription settings screen at any time.
What does the user count mean?
It is how many people you can invite into your company. Each user sees only the modules their role permits.
I have several companies — how does that work?
One account can run several companies and view them consolidated. Subscription management works at the account level.
How do you take payment?
Payment is taken on the payment provider's own secure page. Card numbers never reach our servers and are never stored by us.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, you can cancel from the subscription settings screen.
