Profitability
Stop guessing which job made you money
Revenue growth is not profit growth. Pusulafin ties every expense to an order code and computes that order's real result — freight, customs, commission and waste included.
What you can do
Profit per order code
Gross and net profit computed from every income and expense tied to the order.
Order code per line
A single invoice can be split across several orders; each line carries its own code.
Linked-expense breakdown
Open the costs under the profit line by line and see where each one came from.
Lost-and-gained report
The effect of cancelled or short-closed orders is reported separately.
Allocation basis
Choose how general expenses are distributed across orders for your company.
Order lifecycle
Order status, delivery date and fulfilment tracked on the same record.
How it works
Give the order a code
The order code is the name of the file you opened for that job; everything attaches to it.
Tie expenses to the code
The order code is chosen per line when entering an expense, so one invoice can be split across orders.
Read the result
The profitability screen shows gross and net per order, with the expense breakdown beneath it.
Profitability is not divorced from cash
Order profitability is not a separate reporting engine; it reads the same records that feed the cash flow. Tie an expense to an order code and both that order's profit and the company's cash projection update at once. Two screens disagreeing is not a state that can occur.
- Profit and cash are computed from the same records
- Every amount stays in its own currency
- Cancelled orders are tracked separately as losses
- Approved expenses are included in profitability
